Principle
The objectives of the Ultra Sonic Pile Integrity Testing (RSM-SY7) are to determine the homogeneity and integrity of concrete between the probes. The data are used to /confirm/i adequate concrete quality or identify zones of poor quality (due to inadequate vibration, segregation due to over vibration and/or improper concrete placement, washouts of cement due to groundwater flow, cracks due to shrinkage, contamination of the concrete, etc). If defects are detected, then further investigations should be made by excavation or coring the concrete as appropriate, or by other
testing methods.
Features
1. International first four-channel self-transmitting and self-receiving pile profile full-combination ultrasonic detection is provided and a number of invention patent authorizations have been obtained;

RSM-SY ultrasonic pile analysis software by transmission method
1. The testing point waveform curve of main operation interface, wave train diagram of whole pile and profile depth curve are displayed with linkage
2. The wave train diagram, data table and gray-scale diagram are switched and displayed randomly
3. The display proportions of acoustic velocity depth curve, acoustic amplitude depth curve, PSD depth curve of profile can be adjusted randomly
4. The spectrogram of each testing point can be observed separately for ease of basic frequency analysis
5. Acoustic velocity and acoustic amplitude interpretation algorithm is accurate, and the acoustic velocity and acoustic amplitude can be interpreted individually
