1.       Hi-Knight is a factory manufactering shale shaker screens. We have various kinds of shale shaker screens, such as: MI-Swaco Mongoose, MI-Swaco MD-3, Brandt King Cobra, Brandt VSM-300, Drerrick FLC-2000, Drerric FLC-500,      Fluid System, S250, etc.

2.       The steel rod substructures are mostly made by machine equipments full automaticly which makes consistent high quality.

3.       We use composite material to make the frame. The material can be resistant to at most 140? and has high-tensile strength.

4.       Our shaker screens have triple-layer screen meshes, and we which make the screen tensile and flat. And our shaker screens are in accordance with API RP 13C.

5.       Four-side tension of mesh during the heat press to minimize the gap between the top screen and support screens, in a result extending the screen life.

6.       The composite frame screen is repairable to save cost. Compared to metal frame, the composite frame useable area is 10% to 20 % larger, and has much longer lifetime which can be at most 5 years long.
