Our clamping rails are manufactured from high-density, closed-grained and stress-relieved cast iron with added steel. They are cast in a special process which guarantees the minimum tension in the castings ready for manufacturing the clamping rails and thus ensures the maximum rigidity and stability;2. Hardness is in the range of HB170-240 and the surface flatness accuracy is available as being Grade I, II or III as per DIN 876 Standard;3. Standard cast materials are GG-20, GG-25 and GG-30, but of course other materials are offered upon customer's request;4. Cored and ribbed construction, twice annealing heat treatments at a temperature in the range of 600-700° C (the 1st annealing is done right after casting, the 2ND annealing is done right after the rough machining on the angle plate) and the following aging treatment are adopted on the clamping rails to relieve the stress, ensure high stability and maintain its accuracy free from distortion;5. Shapes, dimensions and load capacity of the clamping rails are designed to suit for the customer's requirements, depending on the size and weight of the workpieces to be held;6. Standard T-slots are available with their width as 14, 18, 22, 28, 36 and 42mm with fit tolerance in the range of H7-H12 as per DIN 650 Standard. T-slots can also be tailored to customer's request;7. Adjustable leveling pads, which are specially designed for the clamping rails, can be provided upon customer's request;8. Traceable calibration certificates are provided along with the clamping rails.
