3. Technical performance
KM15 prestressed anchorage anchor barral head and wedge can anchor 15.24mm and 15.7mm pc strand with strength 1860MPa, KM18 prestressed anchorage anchor barral head and wedge can anchor 17.8mm and 18mm pc strand with strength 1860MPa, KM22 prestressed anchorage anchor barral head and wedge can anchor 21.8mm and 22mm pc strand with strenth 1860MPa. Anchor efficiency more than 0.95 and total elongation more than 2%.
4. Working principle
Each set prestressed anchorage anchor barral head and wedge consists of an anchor ring, and a pair of clips. There is a conical hole in middle of anchor ring, through which steel strand shall penetrate in advance during operation, and then clips shall be installed into this hole and fix the steel strand. Putting the jack in place, and start the oil pump to transfer oil. The jack will pull the steel strand towards outside. In this way, steel strand is anchored due to wedging effect.
