Is Weak Motor Power Slowing You Down?
A fully loaded electric tricycle may struggle or stop when climbing a bridge. An electric four-wheel vehicle may respond slowly when overtaking. An inefficient motor can also trigger co
ntroller alarms, put extra stress on the rear axle, and use more electricity.
As many freight drivers say: “When carrying 1,000 kg up a steep hill, the motor gets hot enough to fry an egg!”

The Avetl
ink AK motor system is designed to improve power, efficiency, and reliability.
It combines a 2800W rare-earth permanent magnet synchro
nous motor, a smart vector controller, and a matching rear axle. The motor delivers 60% more torque than a traditio
nal motor.
When climbing hills, the co
ntroller automatically adjusts the current, allowing the motor to deliver 90 N·m of torque, while the rear axle supports the load.
Tests with an electric tricycle carrying 800 catties (400 kg) up a 20° slope showed:
- 50% faster power response.
- 35% lower energy consumption.
After upgrading, a logistics fleet in Guangdong increased its average daily delivery distance by 30 km.
Three Key Features
1. Stro
nger starts
A six-pole permanent magnet rotor and sine-wave co
ntrol provide three times the starting torque, allowing the vehicle to start under heavy loads without slipping.
2. Smart power control
The AK motor and co
ntroller share data in real time and automatically adjust power to road conditions. Power-matching accuracy reaches 98% on complex terrain.
3. Rear axle protection
The system automatically limits current when torque exceeds the safe operating limit. This reduces rear axle gear wear by 60% and extends the transmission system’s service life.
Maintenance Tips
1. Check the system regularly: Use a multimeter to check the motor wiring voltage every week. It should be at least 48V. Change the rear axle gear oil every 2,000 km.
2. Keep the motor cool: After co
ntinuous heavy-load operation, stop for 3 minutes and clean the motor’s cooling openings with compressed air.
3. Balance the cargo: Move the cargo’s center of gravity back by 15 cm. Keep the weight difference between the left and right sides within 5% to prevent uneven loading.
