Make sure the power switch is at OFF position and the vehicle engine is running.2. Remove the dust cap from the tire valve, and then attach the air chuck to the tire valve stem, and screw onto tire's valve stem.3. Insert the cigarette lighter plug in to car cigarette lighter.4. Turn on the power switch of the car air pump. The air pump starts to work, the meter pointer starts to rise with the air pressure up.5. once the desired pressure is reached (The normal tire pressure of a typical or small car is 30 PSI (2.2-2.5 KG)), turn OFF the power switch.6.
