After spaying the pipe continue to be rotated a certain period of time, to ensure that the coating is not flowing.After coating pipe is transited to curing position inspected internal coating surface .After inspecting using a fan to blow and purge internal volatile gases; Pipe after blowing is going into the curing chamber .Curing chamber using gas to start the heat exchange and cycle and realize the stability control of indoor temperature between 40 and 60 degrees, when the surface reach curing degree to be dry then go into the next process. Curing chamber keep a certain heat preservation measures. This process can be omitted when the environment temperature is above 40ºC, directly into the natural curing stacking area.Coated pipe is printed marking after curing qualified through the transition platform rolling into the finishing area.
