Electronic Instruments Gantry Conveyor Glue Filling Dispensing Robot

A three axis gantry robot is typically used where there is a variation in the product type handled by size, type, color etc. and a larger number of loading stations are required.

ADVANCE Gantry Dispensing Robots are available with work areas up to 1200mm and with a resolution accuracy of 0.02mm. Using the teach pendant, these benchtop gantry dispensing robots support D&H industry-leading dispensing software and can store and retrieve up to 100 programs containing 50,000 points each. They have a three-axis design and are capable of interfacing with any INTERTRonICS dispensing equipment.

Gantry-style robots have all their axes above the work area, making them ideal for larger dispensing applications. They can be mounted on worktables or over conveyor systems or other in-line industrial automation. Utilising a dual linear guide and ball screw mechanism, the F6000 moves along its tracks effortlessly for high repeatability and uses an AC servo motor drive system with closed-loop encoder feedback to achieve precise positioning.

The modular connectivity design of the pgb-650 series offers easy configuration with several add-on productivity accessories such as Tip Alignment Kit, Height Sensor and CCD Camera Vision System. Our technical team are on hand to help you evaluate and select the most efficient and cost-effective dispensing system for your application as well as support you through the integration of your system.

I.Machine description and working principle
Automatic glue mixing machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/ Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio of glue. The glue are stored in two barrels separately, according the glue weight ratio and volume demand automatic metering by two sets of precision pump, supply to a mixing device fully mixing, and then potting/dispensing the desired products.
