These are state-of-the-art battery chargers that can be used on-demand, or left permanently on the battery for maintenance and sulfation prevention. It uses energy-saving techniques and and and advanced pulsed charging algorithm to allow better control of gas recycling and plate corrosion. This desulfating charger can rejuvenate batteries that have been left uncharged for extended periods of time, such as motorcycle, ATV, and tractor batteries. The charger is fully isolated from the mains, has universal AC input, and a removable AC cord. Although designed for sealed lead acid and gel batteries, these will also accurately charge flooded and automobile batteries.

5 stage charging feature:
Stage 1 bulk charge stage. While connecting with battery which is lower than 12.4V. It will start bulk charing with 3 amps until the voltage rises to 14.3 volts.
Stage 2 constant voltage stage, the voltage is from 14.3V to 14.8V.
Stage 3 floating voltage charging, it is 13.5V -13.8V during this period

Stage 4 desulfating voltage at 20V+-2V
Stage 5.  desulfation. A 200mA constant current source is applied to the battery. When the battery accepts the 200mA at a voltage higher than 14.4 volts, the charger moves to "desulfating" 
When battery voltage is lower than 12.4V, it will recovery bulk charge. When idle battery voltage is higher than 14.4V, it will start into <0.2A of maintain current. The maintenance mode allows the charger can be connected to the battery forever.
