It provides extremely efficient heat transfer, even for two kinds of fluid with little temperature range, it can reach the ideal heat exchanging effect.2.2 The nozzles of the shell adopt tangential connection type, with small local resistance loss. Because of the uniform curved rate of spiral channel, fluids flow without sudden changing, so flow rate can be much higher in order to improve the heat transfer capacity.2.3 Model I undetachable SHE is adopted welding sealing for its spiral channel, so sealing performance is better.2.4 Model II detachable SHE has similar construction with undetachable SHE, but one of channels can be opened and cleaned, and especially adapts for heat transfer of viscous and/or precipitable fluids.2.5 Model III detachable SHE has similar construction with undetachable SHE, but two channels can be opened and cleaned, can be applied to many fields.2.6 According to nominal pressure, SHE can be divided into PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6 AND 2.5 Mpa (the maximal working pressure for single channel).
